Hawthorne Manor

Has anyone completed this quest? I have spent hours exploring, and cannot find the Boss. I found a couple of doors that don't have working area transitions, and I'm worried that they make the Manor incomplete. (Door leading up, Level 2, SE corner past crypt/carrion crawlers - I don't recall location of others).

In order to complete the hawthorne manor quest, you will first need the quest from the Mayor.

*spoilers below*










head straight in main doorway. go straight...up stairs to second level.
on second level you will have to circle around the entire outer edges, you will have to face alot of undead...after you will find a very difficult to see iron door bound in the corner of one of the rooms. open that door and you will see a bunch of children locked up in a cell along with a portal.

that portal will teleport you to a side room inaccessible by any other means.
BUFF yourself as the second you appear the Boss is spawned as well as (2) summoned vampires that can make short work of you if your not prepared.

taking the portal again will bring you back to the room..(i dont recall if I set it so you cannot get back to safety once entering the room until he is killed(boss) but I am not 100% certain...guess you will find out ( :

Looking in the editor, I notice that crypt #3 (the one past the natural bridge) has 3 levels, but only one (the flooded one) in game. Is this deliberate?

Yes, it is deliberate. That will have to do with a larger quest within fellhurst but as of now, still is a WIP.
but since layers were syaing why is this crypt inaccessible..I threw together a small crypt to play with.
