Update from work

I am writing this from work, we had a power surge that blasted one of our background servers, it was saved but not before it choked up a bunch of processess.
so a few of us our working the OT

Obviously I wasnt able to update the module and i am not sure how much longer i will be here (worked overnight, so either tonight or tommorow whenever i get the hell out of here!)

ugh!

So I see the update notes on the outskirts boards. I haven't been able to locate any of the new underdark areas, nor do there seem to be more short sword models available from the weapon appearance guy in Arbor Falls. Clue me in?

the only way to currently access the new underdark areas is to travel to fellhurst and just outside the city you will see a farmer named Gerald, speak with him and he will send you on a small quest that will trigger the underdark sequence. More entrances will be made available as these areas grow bigger and get fleshed out


as for new weapon models, I think I fudged up with my rush.
the guy that changes the appearances goes by 2DA lines, and I never updated his script to reflect the additional ones added (currently the script does a- If model is <=56 then go back to 0 and start over.
I need top raise the 56 to adjust swords and daggers.

axes and maces should be available though.

That was the area of the underdark I was wandering around, didn't see anything that wasn't there a couple weeks ago. Dueregar city looked the same, Caverns all looked the same. I must be missing an area transition somewhere.

when you get to the duergar and drow (with the burning town) there is a transition at bottom (below the burning parts) that will lead you to many more paths..

While you're at it, if you could add the "elemental blade" appearance for rapiers, I would appreciate it.
