Ranged Weapon Breakage
Sorry to disturb what I'm sure is an already hectic Saturday night,
but there appears to be a problem with the weapons breakage,
at least for the ranged weapons. Shady, Shj, Stonehouse and
myself have all had enchanted bows, slings and xbows breaking
on the first shot tonight. We tried mundane ranged weapons and
they appear to be fine, even when using enchanted ammo.
The melee stuff appears to be ok, as are the thrown weapons,
like shuriken and throwing axes. OK, back to the Falls
but there appears to be a problem with the weapons breakage,
at least for the ranged weapons. Shady, Shj, Stonehouse and

no problem wahtsoever...
I just looked at my script and sure enough I had the 'meat' of the scripts outside of my 'if this is NOT a ranged or fist weapon'
so yep, that would have done it. I fixed it just now and will be updating real quick tonight when it is no longer full (some peeps are playing right now)
should be all set though by tommorow for sure.

I guess this doesn't really fall under the topic of "ranged" but I'm still having some
weapons breakage issues...
Aseph shattered 5 Skull Cleavers today each on the first hit. 4 of them had been
heavily modified. Two of them I bought, modified, then repaired, then they
shattered on the first blow. Then I bought a mundane battleaxe, added a +3
enhancement bonus and played without issue for an hour.
Tonight I logged in with Dando and immediately broke two Flesheaters, one of
which was brand new. Then I used a mundane longsword for about 1/2 an
hour with no problems.
It seems like the better the weapon the faster it breaks maybe? I would
just think its my typical "lucky" streak at work, but 7 weapons breaking
on the first hit seems too coincidental even for me.

I will be posting another fix again tonight (I had help from Axe Murderer and Lightfoot- over at the scripting forums) so I gather this will be the last 'fix' since these two def. know their scripts!!
I was using the getenhancement bonus all wrong in my script thus causing issues with enhanced weapons...

Cool, I figured it was something relatively minor like that. And those two definitely know what they're
doing. I'll try not to break anything else before the update.

Just updated the weapon breakage and also added the sharpening stone (if you want to test it out) available from the arbor falls main blacksmith (eventually will go out to others but not till its been tested fully)
so no more breaking weapons...well at least not on first few shots...

Woot!! Just tried out my new skull cleaver and everything seems to be
better indeed. Also, the sharpening stone is a nice touch. Thanks.
