LoW, I just downloaded the latest version from the Vault and I'm running into an issue with one area so far. It's the tower SE (I think) from AF, the one where all the goblins are standing. I first went up and encountered some nice baddies (woohoo loot!) and then went down. I thought I was going out of the tower, but discovered it was going to the basement (duh!). Anyway, it loads for about 25-30% and then just hangs. I had to ctrl+alt+del out of it and then NWN crashed. Any idea which log I ought to look at on the server to give you more info?

I had a similar problem and the cause was not having the proper version
of the versatile dungeon hak. The proper file size for that hak should be
67.7 mb (I think the one I had been using with no problems was like 42 mb),
and I believe it is the 0.9.3 version. At one point two different
versions were listed on the vault page and it was somewhat confusing.

If that isn't the culprit... Embarassed Sad

Thanks a lot borojb, I think you've nailed it. I can't test until tonight, but after remoting into my PC I found out that the vd,hak was indeed only 47 MB. I'm downloading the x2 hak again.

Thanks again borojb, that did it. I also realized that I had to change the file on my server, but then everything worked like a charm. So much new stuff... So little time....
