Plane of Water "causing" crash

Good afternoon Sir Worms,

Hope you're having a wonderful 4th of July !!

Anywho... I entered the Plane of Water via a gate in Fellhurst and now I'm trapped there. It seems that something caused a crash, and whenever I log back on, I go right back to the plane and crash ... I don't have time to turn off the "start at last location" feature before the game crashes again, so it's a vicious loop.

This is for my toon Disur...

Possible causes...

Disur is using the Kensai fighting style. Upon entering the Plane, he did not switch to the swimming mode, but seems to have switched to some other fighting style (I can't recall the name, but it's the one where your weapons point to the ground... Assassin style or some such... and lost his cloak from being seen (still on, just can't see it)) and as he is a dwarf, I don't think it's compatible and may be what's causing the problem.

Not sure how to rescue him from the plane of water either.

Anyhoo... update...

Borojb suggested I download the new HAK I in addition to the HAK J (didn't realize HAK I got updated as well.)

I tried that and no luck.. still crash after a second or two in the water plane.

Could it be an underwater gorilla???

That explains it: dwarf gorillas cant swim, hence the crash when the mod looks for underwater gorilla, it is an invalid creature type that can't be divided by zero.

Sorry SHJ just messing with you. After all, what else is a brother good for? Remember when you threw your shoe at me and I threw the brick that held open the bedroom door? Sorry for that too, it was all a terrible misunderstanding. And now we are even because my boy just "locked" me in that very same room by putting Grandma's cast iron iron in front of the door to hold it shut. He was mad it was bedtime and I was making him brush his teeth.

I will look into that, my first guess is the Area event changing your pheno to one thats non-existant. at least for your toon.

I am back from vacation so will dive into the bugs and have fixes by this sunday evening (:
